Faced with rising health care costs and ongoing concerns about employee health and productivity, Kerry America, a leader in the global food ingredients market, needed to dramatically change their approach to benefits. Kerry's HR Team engaged Krisry Communications to help plan and implement their new "Live Well Today..Live Well Tomorrow" approach.
Krisry's copywriter, Kristin Monkman, worked as part of an integrated team of internal and external HR and Learning and Development experts, to write all campaign materials and support project management.
Kristin wrote copy for distributed learning programs, intranet articles, hard-copy home mailers, newsletters, annual enrollment materials and related collateral materials including table tents, posters and postcards as well emails, leadership letters, powerpoint presentations and video scripts.
Kristin has also provided copywriting/editing for related Kerry HR initiatives including recruiting materials, leadership updates and presentation scripts.
