In response to a high turnover rate and feedback from associates and managers, Wrigley identified Career Paths as a key driver of engagement.
Krisry Communications partnered with the Wrigley US Commercial Sales Organization to pilot a formal Career Mapping process. Kristin Monkman worked with Wrigley's internal HR and IT teams as well as external vendors to launch new career mapping tools through an integrated change mangement and communciation plan.
Working onsite as communication consultant, writer/editor, and project manager, Kristin helped implement a "Reach...Grow... Become" brand to introduce the new Wrigley US Sales Career Center. Her work included development of all training/pilot launch materials, targeted key messages/themes, best practices research, leadership communication coaching, collateral commmunication campaign materials (home mailers, giveaways, posters, intranet/email campaign), training programs (live and distributed learning), teleconference scripts, and measurement programs.
