Supporting growing customer online business, Allstate's technology organization needed to ensure that its internal and external stakeholders understood the value of technology. Allstate's internal IT organization turned to Krisry Communications for help establishing a strong internal IT brand. Kristin Monkman provided onsite communication management and offsite project management to support both ongoing, regular communications as well as special projects.

Kristin worked as a member of Allstate's internal IT team to plan and implement all IT internal Communication programs. Key messages and themes were designed to enhance employees' understanding of IT's value and drive supporting behavior change. The integrated communication plan included intranet site articles, communication campaigns, town hall meetings with follow-on /Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), new program launches, reorganization communications, teleconference scripts, PowerPoint presentations, and video programs.
